Liz comes from an extensive commercial design background with a core focus on branding, campaign marketing, and visual art direction. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, a Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition and current enrollment at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Liz is no stranger to feeding people. Diagnosed with Celiac and Hashimoto’s disease over 10 years ago, she began exploring food alternatives over western medicine by cooking and eating clean. Through this, eating and food were no longer the cause of her health issues. Through her experiences, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about healthy eating and creating clean, delicious recipe.

Jamel Ramiro

Jamel comes from a marketing communication and sales background, but has always kept health and fitness as the ace up his sleeve. After a combined 15 years in the military and corporate world, he took a leap of faith fueling his passion to become a full-time trainer. Currently, he owns a personal training and bootcamp business catering to a wide spectrum of clients. From soccer moms to professional athletes (including MMA fighters and Maverick's surfers), Jamel has trained all types to improve movement and performance. With his wealth of knowledge in the fitness arena, he is also a Master Trainer for TRX and leads professional education courses to train and certify other trainers looking for continuing education. In 2014, Jamel was awarded "San Francisco’s Most Athletic Trainer” by Class Pass. Jamel believes in pain-free movement at the speed of life through a holistic consistency in fitness and nutrition.
